I am an expert in buyer agency and actively working daily across select markets in King and Snohomish County, WA.

When it comes to my market areas I use on the ground boots and cutting edge technological tools to provide you as the client with up-to-date data and clear insight into current home values and the best buying strategies. I diligently answer questions and assist with the many potential challenges that can arise along the course of your typical residential real estate transaction. If I don't have the answer at hand to a relevant question (as sometimes does happen) I always endeavor to obtain the correct answer quickly from a reliable and qualified resource. In turn I then get that answer to those that need it asap.

I am client service centric but at the same time also goal and data driven. I look to listen intently and work with my clients very closely both early on and throughout the search and transaction process. It is important to me that I help my clients learn and establish clearly what their own personal property goals and needs are. Together as a team we collectively set goals and work diligently towards them.

I look to do as much of the heavy lifting as I can although admittedly there are many aspects of a property search and purchase for which a buyers focus and energy must be fully engaged. I do not nor will I ever attempt to overly sugar coat facts. That said I do try to prep both customers and clients in advance for what aspects of the process can and should be enjoyable and which aspects perhaps a little less so.

In the end my main goal is to seek out and secure the right residential properties at the right prices. I am always seeking to negotiate and oversee transactions closely so that they can go by as joyously and smoothly as possible.
